The campus integrates modern office space, expansive hangars, a fuel farm, and dedicated apron areas into a flexible, efficient environment built for the pace of aviation operations.
Aero Center Wilmington offers a broad range of aviation services, including fueling, and is equipped to support pilots and crews with a dedicated lounge, conference room, computer workstations, courtesy crew cars, and weather planning resources. Passengers and crews benefit from concierge amenities such as complimentary snacks, hotel and limousine booking, and private charter services, creating a comfortable, full-service experience from arrival to departure.
The design supports robust ground handling through air start units, GPU power, airstairs, belt loaders, potable water, and lavatory service, along with secure aircraft parking backed by 24-hour surveillance. Hangar and parking options include overnight, long-term, and transient storage, as well as helicopter handling, and the facility accommodates commercial and cargo operations with specialized equipment for cargo handling and air stairs.
Aero Center Wilmington is also equipped for international operations, with U.S. Customs availability, customs quick turns, and VIP and head-of-state handling. Additional services include aircraft maintenance, parts, testing and calibration, and support for government and military aircraft. The facility's flexible real estate offerings extend to hangar and office lease space, making it a versatile asset for operators and tenants in the region.
Sandbar Architecture's design for Aero Center Wilmington reflects a deep understanding of aviation operations and client service, providing a welcoming, high-performance environment for pilots, passengers, and aviation professionals throughout the Wilmington region.
